The theme of your life is...

Imagine you walk into work today completely dressed in head to toe yellow. For no reason at all, you've decided today is the day to wear yellow.

What if instead of dressing in yellow, you actually walked into the office skipping. You're not allowed to walk, you have to skip absolutely everywhere. 

Maybe you could instead trial a day where you say hello to every person you passed at work - you chose to engage with all of your colleagues. 

Regardless of what it is, what I'm referring to is giving yourself a theme. Creating a small playful activity for yourself that involves making your week themed to a particular concept. 

This could be an actual physical theme as I've suggested above, or it could be a mental theme, something you simply think about in your head, instead of physically bringing to life. 

Potentially your theme is to let other people speak before sharing your ideas, or your theme could be to not say sorry for the entire week. 

Would it make your week more fun? Would you become more productive, or laugh more, or even potentially connect with people more? How would it benefit you to give your week a theme. That's today's Hump Day Hype Up question.

Digital Detox Hour: Turn off notifications for one hour and enjoy the calm.
